This is my dad and I in a photo we took together about ten days before he died. After two years of complete paralyzing fear of his end-of-life moments, I could have never imagined to share with him such a beautiful end-of-life process. We laughed, we cried, we shared in vulnerable conversation and miraculous moments, and most importantly, shared in full presence and unconditional love. I learned through him that death is absolutely not the end. It's just a sacred transition of nature. Death can be life-affirming and even beautiful.
Nature's Way is beautiful.

Look inside the heart
for it is there you will find
a depth of love blinding as sunshine.

Rays of hope
emanating love and light
boundless time
endlessly thine.

Nature's Way Open
End-of-Life Coaching

Connecting to Self, Soul, Spirit

What is end-of-life coaching?

End-of-life coaching is a life affirming, five to ten week holistic process that supports the client preparing for the end-of-life as well as their current well-being across five domains of wellness: physical, practical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

This process is based on the principal that our lives our worthy of dignity, connection, and honor through our last breath and afterward. Death is just another transition of life. It is not the end. We want to honor the transition so that it may be approached holistically and filled with affirmation and love.

Upon completing the coaching process, the client will have an end-of-life care plan across the five domains of well-being listed above. This ensures that not only is one's personal dying process honored with dignity, care, personal choice and connection, but also celebrates the meaning of one's life both past and present in such a way that is affirming and validating.

What will we do during the coaching process?

Over the course of five to ten weeks we will work together on one domain of well-being at a time (physical, practical, emotional, mental, spiritual). On your own time and one domain at a time, you will complete reflection questions that are personal to you. We will then engage in a coaching conversation for each domain (five coaching conversations) that helps you dive deeper into your reflection questions, creating a vision for your well-being in that domain as well as action steps that help you embody that vision. More than just conversation, every domain ends with a vision statement and action steps to get you there. You will be supported in bringing those to life.

We will also have an initial coaching conversation that orients you to the process and we will have a wrap up coaching conversation after all the domains where I will present your end-of-life care plan visually. This will be mailed to you for safe keeping and to be reminded of your life affirming 'why.'

What if I'm not actually at the end of life?

I have had numerous clients between the ages of 35 and 55 that engaged in this process and were completely healthy and not at all at the end of life. Not only did it help them plan for their holistic well-being at the eventual end-of-life, but it also supported their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being now! This process has the opportunity to clarify for you what is important to your life and how you want to show up for yourself, others, and the world. It can be similar to life coaching but is also looking at your whole life's wellness. You will still leave with an end-of-life care plan, but it will also include a vision and actions steps for your current mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

I engaged in this process myself as a healthy 43 year old woman and I found it enlightening, comforting, and validating. It also gave me a sense of control over my eventual care at the end-of-life. I was able to give my care plan to my loved ones.

How do I enroll?

Let's start by scheduling a free half hour connection call! I can show you some sample end-of-life care plans, introduce you further to these conscious dying principles, speak further about the process and answers any of your questions. You can either fill out the enrollment interest form below, or write me an email at: natureswayopen@gmail.com.

How much does this cost?

Whether you choose a five week process (one domain a week), a ten week process (one domain every two weeks), or anything in between, the cost is the same. $444. Why this price? It's affordable and personally meaningful to me in that my father's passing (he was born in 1944) inspired me to forever experience death with a sacredness (not fear) that I could have never imagined for myself. I look forward to supporting you in this life affirming transition.
