in this virtual community gathering. Each month we gain insights to support our own connection to loved ones and Spirit, tools we can use on our personal growth paths, and learning about life in spirit and here on Earth.

July 15 Spiritual Sunshine:
We will be talking about recognizing signs and synchronicities, discerning signs vs coincidences, developing trust, and intentionally welcoming them as a part of our communication pathways with our loved ones-- all important steps in opening our hearts to spiritual growth. Our guided practice will invite you to develop a signal with Spirit to help you validate signs as you're developing trust. This same practice can also deepen your own meditative experiences, even though this practice isn't a meditation!
August 12 Spiritual Sunshine:
We will learn to perceive, feel, and connect to spirit helpers/guides. Do we have them? Does everyone? Do they have names? What does our human brain need to wrap our head around in order to understand how they serve us? How do they help us if we feel we don't perceive actual connections with them (yet)? The guided practice will be a few different methods to use to develop your awareness of and relationship with your helpers in spirit.

Enjoy this co-presentation at the 2024 International Association of Near Death Studies Conference with myself and Liz Entin, a sciencey-skeptic atheist. Liz and I both came to transform our worldviews, myself through spiritually transformative experiences and Liz through a scientific exploration of the afterlife.
